For new and transferee students, fill out all the necessary fields for school files. After filling out you should carefully kept the REGISTRATION CODE – you will be needing this when uploading your online payment.  Your status here is PRE-REGISTERED.

for New / Transferee / old students

Our On Campus enrollment process is easier and more convenient now with the help of our new School Management System – Essentiel by CK Children’s Publishing.  School transactions are automated including this enrollment process.

PAY YOUR ENTRANCE EXAM FEE

For new and transferee students, please pay first your entrance examination fee. You can go and pay at the school cashier.

Keep your receipt for you to show when you are going to take your entrance examination.

Note: NO RECEIPT, NO EXAMINATION

TAKE YOUR ENTRANCE EXAMINATION & WAIT FOR YOUR RESULT

When you already paid your entrance examination fee, please proceed to the testing office and take the examination.

You will be asked to present your receipt, as a proof of payment of entrance exam fee, then you can proceed with the examination.

Note: You will be informed and be updated through your email when the results are released and posted.

SUBMIT NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS

Submit necessary documents at the Office of the Registrar when you passed the entrance examination.

Comply all requirements to proceed to admission. Please take note that NO COMPLETE DOCUMENTS, NO ADMISSION.

FILL OUT ENROLLMENT FORM

Fill out all the necessary fields for school filing. After filling out you should carefully kept the REGISTRATION CODE (Registration code is a five (5) digit figure)- you will be needing this when uploading your online payment or inquiry your enrollment status.

 

PAY ENROLLMENT FEE / DOWNPAYMENT

Complete your admission by paying  initial payment at the cashier.

Your REGISTRATION CODE will be used here. You will be asked to show your REGISTRATION CODE in order to be verified by the system before you can do your payment(s).

Payment options are the following : CASH or CHEQUE

CLAIM ASSESMENT TO COMPLETE ENROLLMENT

Your payment will be validated by the Finance Department for atleast two (2) working days for Cheque payments. before it will be approved.  For New / Transferre students  you need to HAND-IN your SCHOOL DOCUMENTS to the Registrar in the school when advised.
